Launching in 2024 from a Toronto living room, BIGTIME was created to provide watch enthusiasts with a space to connect on what people are wearing, their stories, and what their favourite brands are creating.

We recognized the pain in existing communities that didn’t provide an honest platform for people who really love watches. For years, enthusiasts were only provided with publications who had dishonest, sponsored write ups, with a focus on the minutia of releases rather than the most important part of watch wearing - how wearing a watch makes us feel. We felt alienated by these publications, who left us feeling like we had to be snobs to fit in.

To address this, BIGTIME launched to offer enthusiasts a daily read that strives to deliver credible information, and a window into the emotional connection we have with our watches.
